I moved to the area recently and needed to find a new dentist. My partner found Canton Smiles and had a great experience so when I started feeling pain from one of my teeth I decided to give it a try. I’m a baby when it comes to my teeth and have not had a dentist for a few years. Dr. Reza and Laura were amazing. I’ve been in a few times to get work done and it has been such a relief to find such an amazing place. The entire staff has been great, everyone is friendly. They really care about your comfort, don’t rush and are very good at explaining everything from procedure to clear pricing. It has made going to the dentist a lot less stressful. I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Honestly, I was very hesitant to go here as a new patient because of all the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I went. The dentist, Dr. Craig, actually came out (on time) to the lobby to greet me, then escorted me back to the X-Ray office, where I met Magdelena, the dental assistant who did all the x-rays. She was thoroughly professional, amazingly efficient and really nice. I loved the fact that she explained everything that she was doing. She then escorted me to the examination office, where Dr. Craig rejoined us. He did a super thorough exam and , again, explained everything he was doing. I love the fact that the monitor is in the room so they can pull up all the x-rays and pictures and actually point out things to the patient while explaining. I decided to go ahead with the treatment plan and they were able to squeeze me in that same day because there had been a cancellation. Even the billing lady came in and was very clear in presenting my options ---no upselling pressure! The hygienist came in to finish up with a thorough cleaning. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me some great recommendations. Overall, everyone I encountered on this visit (Receptionist, dentist, dental assistant, hygienist and billing lady) were friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and technically proficient. I am definitely making this my new dental office!
