Christie was great. the whole staff at this office is very nice and informative

I am the new patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in a few years. I appreciated Kayla’s professionalism in the front office explaining everything clearly as I was worried about out of pocket costs vs insurance coverage for the needed treatments. On the first day I did new patient x-rays, oral exam, and treatment plan with Dr. Muang; she explained what was going on with my gums and teeth clearly and drafted a recommended plan and cost packet. I was able to come in the next day and execute the treatment plan with Dr. Gryta. She also confirmed if I had been given out of pocket costs before doing any treatments and if I had approved the treatment plan. Dr. Gryta was great, she knew what to do and when to do it. She and Dr Muang also set up our next visit and recommended I see a periodontist. I see a big difference in the first few hours; after the treatment and I am grateful that they were able to help me and give me upfront costs, as well as additional financial assistance if needed.

My first time to Canton Smiles (after moving from Pittsburgh) was yesterday. They made my experience the Best!! Kayla was amazing!! Had heard about her always up personally, but she was over the top nice and informative 😀 What a way to start a sometimes scary appointment. Seeing her smiling face and wishing you a Good Morning 👍 Then Dr Reza was like having your favorite uncle working on my teeth. So nice and calming from start to finish . Thank you to the entire staff at Canton Smiles!!! I’m so glad to have found you all 🙏🏻 I would recommend anyone to give them a try. You’ll be glad you did!!
